Mushrooms with a foreskin!
I was chopping some vegetables today and it was time for the mushrooms. I didn’t have any fresh ones but I always keep tin vegetables in the cupboard for just such occasions. For some reason I had bought Straw mushrooms but a mushroom is a mushroom so I opened the tin. Oh my goodness, I couldn’t suppress a giggles, a mushroom that looks like a penis! Not just one but ALL of them. My mushrooms were more elongated than the picture above and some had split and pulled back a little at the top, thus giving the image of a foreskin. As I cut them in halves (length ways) I couldn’t help but think that God has a sense of humour. Then one of those “dirty” little mushrooms sent a spout of tin juice squirting high into the air. That was too much… I wasn’t imagining the sexual innuendo here! Time to chop these nasty fungus and be done with it, I think I’ll pass on straw mushrooms in the future.
