Often limits are so routinely disregarded that I feel anti-social respecting them. And then I think they&#039;re set lower than they need to be, just so people won&#039;t be going too quickly even after going a bit over the limit...

What we need is satellite tracking of convicted speeders, so they&#039;ll get caught wherever and whenever they speed. One thing I notice in town is that congestion eases if you don&#039; t always tailgate the car in front. It uses less fuel and there&#039;s less wear and tear too!</description>
