Closer to Death
I’m a pessimist, I can’t help it. I always see the faults in movies, the inconsistencies, the continuity problems. Doom and gloom flash before my eyes. Where as my Husband is an optimist, the glass is always half full for him. Problems in life (for him) spell opportunities to be had. It drives me crazy. Together we work well though….. we see things from every possible angle. Nothing negative is missed with me on the case and no opportunity lost with Luke around. We are opposites but we make a whole. If we were to draw up a Pro’s and Con’s chart I would fill the Con’s completely and Luke would fill the Pro’s. So with a new year upon us an optimist would see the fresh start, new opportunities, goals to set and achieve. Me however, always the pessimist, simply sees another year closer to death.
