Hide the Zucchini

I don’t know about you but when it comes to kids and vegetables there’s bound to be a struggle. My 5 year old will eat a capsicum as it it were an apple but try to serve her steamed vegetables for dinner and it’s a battle of wills. So tonight we are having spaghetti bolognese with a twist. I have discovered that a grated zucchini will practically disappear when you add it to the meat. Kids have no idea it’s there and I’m happy. Ok, so it’s a little deceptive but when you go to a restaurant do you know what’s in the dish? Sure you will have some idea but the average person will not be able to identify every single ingredient. So with that in mind I love to play “hide the zucchini”. Want to play?
